Violence Against Women (VAW)
In order to reduce the duplication of services, reporting and priority actions, the VAW strand (of the Edinburgh Violence Reduction Programme) and Edinburgh’s long established VAW Partnership have recently agreed to merge.
A new updated VAW Partnership action plan will be produced by reviewing and combining key areas of both the VAW strand action plan and the current VAW Partnership action plan. We anticipate that in order to progress the agreed actions a number of short life working groups will need to be established. Further information on the new action plan will be published shortly.
